Wednesday Weigh-in
Give me a chance, my first official weigh-in isn't until next weds. But I did have a sneaky weight check, luckily the scales said -3/4lb (not alot I know but it has only been 3days. Now to take the batteries out of the scales until next week. Well Done goes out to Karen the creator behind the weds weigh-in.

It is so hard not to keep jumping on the scales for encouragement!
I had a very trying day today with the boys and believe me it was hard to not reach for the chocolate. I did allow myself one square of Green and Black Organic Dark Chocolate with Cherries which seemed to suffice! Believe me I deserved it.
